VIRTUAL HYPNO-EFT TAPPING
Hypno-EFT Tapping combines Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and coaching for a well balanced session. It pairs the subconscious re-patterning of Hypnosis with the meridian tapping energy work of EFT, allowing for deep emotional processing, anxiety reduction, and habit change by releasing emotional intensity while in a focused state. EFT uses tapping on specific acupressure points to calm the amygdala, while Hypnotherapy uses guided
relaxation to shift underlying beliefs. Sessions may help with anxiety, trauma, habit control, fear and improving self-image.
