HypnoReiki is a therapeutic blend of Hypnotherapy and Reiki energy healing designed to promote deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional/physical healing. Reflexology is a therapeutic, non-invasive practice that involves applying targeted pressure to specific points on the feet. Based on the principle that these zones correspond to specific organs and body systems. It naturally stimulates the body's healing response, relieves tension and promotes deep relaxation.
Each session is personalized. Where I feel intuitively a block, I will focus my attention on that area.

Mind Body Soul is a restorative healing experience that blends Reiki for the mind and spirit with Reflexology for the body. Through gentle energetic work and therapeutic pressure applied to specific reflex points on the feet, this session is designed to calm the nervous system, release energetic and physical tension, and support the body’s natural healing response.
Each session is deeply personalized and intuitively guided. Areas of stagnation, imbalance, or energetic holding are approached with focused care and attention, creating space for grounding, clarity, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
