REIKI -Imagine setting your Intention. Life doesn't have to be so hard. With a Guided Reiki session, you'll receive the healing energy for both physical and emotional. You'll receive clarity, answers to your problems which will help you move forward. Helps with finances, relationships and more.
I'll be holding space for you throughout the session.

HYPNO-REIKI TREATMENT
HypnoReiki is a therapeutic blend of Hypnotherapy and Reiki energy healing designed to promote deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional/physical healing. It combines hypnotic, guided relaxation to access the subconscious mind with the channeling of universal life force energy to clear chakras and blockages. It helps reduce stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and releases negative thinking, limiting beliefs, and emotional blockages, promoting personal growth By working the conscious/subconscious mind and the body's energy field, it acts as a "full body and mind reset". The results are more effective together than either technique alone

CERTIFIED REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT
Reflexology is a therapeutic, non-invasive practice that involves applying targeted pressure to specific points on the feet. Based on the principle that these zones correspond to specific organs and body systems. It naturally stimulates the body's healing response, relieves tension and promotes deep relaxation.
Each session is personalized. Where I feel intuitively a block, I will focus my attention on that area.

Mind Body Soul is a restorative healing experience that blends Reiki for the mind and spirit with Reflexology for the body. Through gentle energetic work and therapeutic pressure applied to specific reflex points on the feet, this session is designed to calm the nervous system, release energetic and physical tension, and support the body’s natural healing response.
Each session is deeply personalized and intuitively guided. Areas of stagnation, imbalance, or energetic holding are approached with focused care and attention, creating space for grounding, clarity, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
