Service Description

Reflexology is a therapeutic, non-invasive practice that involves applying targeted pressure to specific points on the feet.  Based on the principle that these zones correspond to specific organs and body systems.  It naturally stimulates the body's healing response, relieves tension and promotes deep relaxation.  Each session is personalized.  Where I feel intuitively a block, I will focus my attention on that area.
